Who We Are

Graceful Hand Home Healthcare LLC. is a residential agency offering personal support and transportation programs involving community-based services/ assistance to adults with disabilities, autism, and other developmental disabilities. The homes are staffed around the clock by well-trained personnel who help and teach independent living skills such as housekeeping, personal hygiene, shopping, money management, communication, telephone use, and leisure activities. Our staff and specialists have specialized training in order to provide residential support to residents. Our residents are supported in accordance with their needs in school, work, home, and the community.
